In the year 1995, we carry out an investigation among all our customers portfolio, with the objective of determining what opinion they had about Softec, that is to say, how they visualized us technical and commercially.
As a result of this work, we discover with surprise that 80% (eighty percent) of those interviewed, they knew us very well for the products and services that they had acquired us and/or hired, but... that they ignored the whole wide spectrum of activities that we covered, and therefore, for those effects and for ignorance on their behalf (and evident omission of our marketing) they had other suppliers for this purposes.
As consequence of this investigation, we develop a "Guide of Products and Services" that we distribute from then on by mail among all our historical clients annually, so that they have present the areas in those that we can assist them.
As I think that this guide, also offers an idea of the technical areas that I have developed, directed and supervised, I include it in this resume as interesting reference, since all the topics there included they are broadly dominated by me.
