Local commercial agreements |

|
Besides the international agreements of
representation, distribution and support subscribed during our
professional and managerial activity, there was a time, previous to
the commercial globalization of the technology in that to market
some brands in the Uruguay, it was necessary to have formalized a
strict agreement with the representatives.
Without these agreements that demanded
fidelity, structure and effort for the brand, it was not feasible to
sell with "credibility" these products, since conditions
were not obtained to offer the post-sales guarantee, neither
commercial information, competitive benefits for the customers and
for example, it was impossible that first line customers or the own
Uruguayan Government buy these products.
This is a brief list of some of the local
agreements that historically we consider important for the involved
brands and the assisted demands, that which placed to our
organizations to the vanguard of the technology in Uruguay.
